Santa’s sleigh came from Gabriel Brothers for $.25. My reindeer are a Pottery Barn knock-off pair found at a local store, and my Santa is one of the first Christmas decorations I bought 10 yrs ago when first married. He used to hold my stocking, but he has since been replaced by a Pottery Barn stocking holder. Sorry Santa, but you really should just stick to driving your sleigh anyhow.
I like how each plate is different but coordinates with the rest. The napkins are paper and were a clearance find from Tuesday Morning.
The placemats are from the Dollar Tree, and the footed cooler glasses are from Crate & Barrel. The candy canes are Hershey’s chocolate mint, and they are delicious! I highly recommend them, and I don’t typically even like candy canes.
This cute Santa teapot below was a favorite of mine growing up. He held warm milk for hot chocolate each Christmas morning. My mom gave him to me this year, and I’m thrilled to have him. (Ha, ha sisters! He’s mine now and I’m not sharing.)

Honestly, I am not a fan of Santa, but you bring out his good side. The whole tablescape is both fun, kid friendly and very usable – all at the same time! You make inexpensive look fantastic!!

I do not want to know what you were standing on to get that first picture as an overhead shot! I think this is absolutely adorable! I used to love dressing up our kitchen table for my kids when they were little. Kids always appreciate our holiday decorations ~ even if we think they are not that great!
This weekend I found some Christmas plates and bowls at Rite Aid {plastic} for a dollar a piece. I picked up a bowl and dinner plate and glued them together to make a cake stand/raised dish for my Christmas Eve buffet. Plastic works for me!
