Hi everyone! Tonight instead of our usual Tutorials & Tips party we are going to have a “My Favorite Post of 2011″ party. Please link up your ultimate favorite post of the year. You can do this by creating a new post talking about your favorite post of the year, or by simply linking up an old post. I know it is so hard to pick just one!
I have several favorite projects from 2011, but I settled on my stenciled foyer as my ultimate favorite!
It is such a small space, but the board and batten, stencil, new chandelier, and cute accessories made the world of difference to our entryway.
Here is a reminder of what this room sort-of looked like before:

It was hard! I kind of cheated and entered a “series,” since it was a labor of love.

when i saw that you were switching things up for the party, i went back through my projects – i just realized i hardly did any home projects last year. what the??? it was all crafty. which i love, but i’m kinda shocked about the few choices i had. anyways, thanks for the party & fun idea to do a switch.

I love your foyer! I remember when I first starting blogging in Sept I came across that post and was like, “wow, that looks awesome!”
