Halloween is right around the corner and you might be looking for Halloween house decorating ideas. Well do I have something fun to share with you today! I first learned about the Baxter Skeletons last year when a college friend on Facebook began posting snapshots of her neighbor’s front porch and yard. This family, located in the Baxter neighborhood in Fort Mills, SC, takes an “Elf on the Shelf” approach to their Halloween decor. Each day, the skeletons magically reinvent themselves into a brand new Halloweenscape for all to enjoy. Just check out some of the antics displayed by The Baxter Skeletons who now have their very own Facebook and Instagram account!
Scrub-a-dub-dub two skeletons in the tub! The Baxter Skeletons have a video posted on Facebook of their bath experience which is complete with fans and bubble blowers. No detail is left unattended when it comes to staging these two. I love that Mrs. Baxter is shaving her legs!
Like many young married couples, the Baxters enjoy camping and roasting marshmallows in the Fall. Mrs. Baxter is hoping the extra sugar won’t put too much meat on her bones.
Don’t you hate it when you’re hanging the giant spider web and the ladder slips? Total Shelob or Aragog nightmare come true! Unless of course you are already dead…
But Mr. Baxter knows a thing or two about how to take care of a Shelob and an Aragog! He is quite the grill master and grills a mean spider steak and rat kabob.
Yes, he’s a true renaissance man! Picasso has nothing on his artistic talents.
But what I admire most about the Baxters is their commitment to date nights. Whether it’s a movie night in…
…or a picnic on the porch, they know how to live in the moment!
To follow the daily stories of the Baxter Skeletons be sure to like them on Facebook and Instagram! I’m excited to see what they will be up to tomorrow!
