My Favorite Post of 2011 Link Party

Hi everyone! Tonight instead of our usual Tutorials & Tips party we are going to have a “My Favorite Post of 2011″ party. Please link up your ultimate favorite post of the year. You can do this by creating a new post talking about your favorite post of the year, or by simply linking up an old post. I know it is so hard to pick just one!

I have several favorite projects from 2011, but I settled on my stenciled foyer as my ultimate favorite!

It is such a small space, but the board and batten, stencil, new chandelier, and cute accessories made the world of difference to our entryway.

Here is a reminder of what this room sort-of looked like before:

And here is the after!

And here is what you see when you close that big wood door. Our mudroom which I’m kind of counting as part of the entryway :).

So how about you? What was your favorite post/project of 2011? Link it up!

when i saw that you were switching things up for the party, i went back through my projects – i just realized i hardly did any home projects last year. what the??? it was all crafty. which i love, but i’m kinda shocked about the few choices i had. anyways, thanks for the party & fun idea to do a switch.

    hope your week is awesome!

Another great party. I’ve listed my fave project from 2011. Not the prettiest, but I never gave UP!

Smiles, and happy 2012 pretty soon,

Your stencilled entryway is wonderful, Beth. It’s a cool combination of casual and elegant. I think it does a great job of hinting at what’s inside your home.

Thanks for having this link party! It was fun to go back and choose a project to include.

Hope you and yours had a wonderful Christmas!

Thanks for the link-up, Beth. I love your entry, just LOVE it. My post was from January- not sure what that says about the rest of my year. Oh, and I haven’t commented on your blog in eons because I never emailed you back after sending you a training program last January. Sorry I’m such a slacker – I never finish what I start whether it is in the house or not! Hope you are doing well. :) Erin
