Tutorials & Tips Link Party {29}

Ack! How did it get to be Monday night already? I’ve been working on my fall mantel this evening and completely lost track of time. I don’t have any fab tips or tutes right now so let’s just get to the linky ;)!

PLEASE READ the rules of the party before linking:

  • Any tip or tutorial is welcome! Decorating, room makeovers, cleaning tips, recipes, crafts, and sewing all count.
  • Keep content fresh! Please do not link the same projects week after week. I will start deleting posts that you’ve linked up here several weeks in a row.
  • Link back. I only feature those who link back to me within your post. I know it’s a pain, believe me I know. I link up to blog parties too. But there is a good reason for requiring a link for a link. It’s only fair in how Google ranks your page and I can’t afford a lower pagerank.
  • (Okay bun, glasses, and finger wagging session over.) Have fun! You all are amazing and I want you to enjoy the inspiration that is so freely shared here :) !

    Hey girl–I’ve been out of town and completely away from my computer lately, but I’m finally back in commission and happy to be linking up with you. I’m sharing a tiny tip for making your house smell amazing–so simple but so effective!

    Thank you for hosting a wonderful party every week. You’re a great hostess.

  1. […] Last week I posted the details on painting stripes in our son’s closet. Thank you for all of the sweet comments. He is still loving his space and when people come over he says, “Wanna see my closet?!” I wanted to break it down a little more. I have heard from many of you wanting to know where things came from. Here is the story: Many items we already had. Part of why we wanted to do this is because we recently lost our beloved Gramps and he had worked tirelessly on Grady’s wooden trucks. They are beautifully made and such a treasure. Gramps wanted Grady to play with them and enjoy them so we wanted to have them accessible as well as really teach him to take care of his special special toys. They are priceless. And thank you to everyone who was so sweet about feeling overwhelmed in yesterday’s post.  It seemed to be a common thread throughout many posts yesterday. Must be the season! And did you happen to see the post from Bernadette over at Chic Spaces for Little Faces? She posted about Hop Skip Jump Paper prints and this one stopped me in my tracks! Think the hubs needs to “add to cart!” too cute. have a great day. Sharing with My Uncommon Slice of Suburbia Home Stories A 2 Z […]
