Hi everyone! I have a very quick tip for you tonight that I recently shared on facebook but it’s yummy enough to share here too. If you need an incredibly easy yet incredibly delicious gluten free cookie, allow me to introduce you to flour free peanut butter cookies. My mom used to make these for me as a kid because I couldn’t tolerate wheat and now I make them for my celiac inflicted kiddos. Warning: These taste so good you’ll want to eat them all!
Gluten (Flour) Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 cup of peanut butter
1 cup of sugar
1 egg
chocolate chips to taste
Mix the peanut butter, sugar, and egg together in a mixing bowl with a spoon. Mix in chocolate chips are just smush (yes…smush not smoosh) them on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 350* for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy!
And now let’s see what you’ve been up to this week! Please read the rules before linking up.
Remember that everyone with a tip or tute is welcome to link up but only those who link back to me within their post will be featured.

They are yummy on their own but way yummier with the chocolate chips, or with a single Hershey’s kiss in the center. Chocolate always makes peanut butter taste better
!
I’ve been late for your party so many times, so tonight I was sitting at the computer, ready to link–and I’m still pretty far down in the link-up line! You run a successful party, friend.
I wrote a post with the best skincare tip I can possibly give–and threw in a little love story as well. Thank you for giving me a place to share it!
Hope you had a wonderful Mother’s Day!
Fun! I love beauty tips
. Look forward to reading your post!

No linkup for me again! My projects are taking me forever to complete.
I hear ya. I have a porch makeover in the works but it’s not coming along quickly!
Love these cookies! I agree it’s hard not to eat every. single. one.
Thanks as always for hosting such an awesome party Beth! Glad to have something to share this week. Hope you had a lovely Mother’s Day!

Thanks so much for hosting!! And I cannot wait to try these yummy cookies. I’m pretty sure I won’t miss the flour.

Thanks for hosting Beth!!
Yum!! Those cookies look so easy and delicious…I’m pinning those to make when my girls ask for cookies, especially since I always have those ingredients on hand. Thanks for hosting!
You had me at peanut butter and chocolate. Gluten or no gluten makes no difference when I can make a recipe that instructs me to smush not smoosh …
Linda
Ok, now I need a cookie with my coffee! Breakfast of champions. haha
Thanks so much for hosting, hope you had a wonderful Mother’s Day!

Thanks for hosting Beth! Hope you had a happy Mother’s Day!
Ohhhh, those look really good! I think I’ll have my kids make them for me.
Thanks for hosting!
I have recently had to go gluten free. What kind of peanut butter do you trust? Also, why do you have to smush the chips?
I use Skippy Natural but I think you can use most peanut butters and be safe. And I was just being silly about the chocolate chips
. You don’t have to smush them or smoosh them or do anything else to them.
Those cookies look amazing! Thank you for hosting!
Mary
