The tree is ready for her big blog debut. She really is gorgeous and smells heavenly. These pictures do NOT do her justice. Christmas trees are impossible to photograph! What I really want you to admire in the photo below is our newest addition standing next to the tree. My in-laws were kind enough to give us their old armories and I LOVE it. It looks like it was meant to be in my home. I know most of you are all crazy for painting wood white or black but this beauty is staying as she is. I’m still in love with dark wood. Call me crazy. Okay, back to the tree.

This cute vintagey sign below was $1 and is currently hanging on the 1/2 bath door. I love it.

Thanks Beth! I took your suggestion and added my email address! I hope to find that cute sign! Happy Holidays to you and you family!
Just discovered your blog and love it! Can you tell me where I might find that adorable vintage christmas sign hanging on your 1/2 bath door? I love it! Thanks so much for sharing your creative ideas with us! You're home is lovely!
Chris,
My entire first floor and 3rd floor are done in Barley by Benjamin Moore.
Great pics! Just out of curiosity, do you know the name of the yellow paint in your dining area? It's a nice color.
Wow girl!!! I can't believe how much Christmas stuff you have, lol. I barely have enough to decorate the tree. Your home looks wonderful. And I think it's funny that my fave room was the bathroom, so pretty. 🙂
First your decorations are so pretty. I think your images are wonderful. I wish I could take pictures. The armoire is beautiful. I know you are on the road to a wonderful holiday season.
Everything looks beautiful! What a lovely job you've done. Your house looks so very welcoming!
We have three daughters and I was sooo afraid someone was going to give themselves, or the other, a 'trim' but NOT. Never did. Whew! But you should have seen the poor heads of the Barbie dolls :/
Lovely, Beth!! 🙂 I like your tree topper! Your new armoire is fabulous, and your son DOES have great eyes–heartbreaker. 😉 I'm going to try to take some tree pictures tonight…we'll see how that goes. 😉

Love the tree, the armoire, and the vintage sign!! I wouldn't even have noticed the hair if you hadn't mentioned it…lost in those beautiful eyes! I really should get started on Christmas decorating. Sigh..
Beautiful tree! Your son does have lovely eyes! He is a good carpenter also!
Beautiful tree and Christmas decorations! Your home is just lovely!

Love the piece your in laws gave you. Yes, Christmas trees are so hard to shoot. The wagon is so cute. I usually take my grandson but we missed this weekends wagon making. Oopppsss….
Nice job.

Beth it is all beautiful! And girl! I would NOT touch that armoire either!! Exquisite!!!
Lou Cinda
Love the armoire and I would not paint that baby! Your son's eyes are gorgeous ~ they look a little similar in color to mine except I have flecks of gold, brown and who knows what else.
Trees are hard to photograph, aren't they? I have been having such a hard time trying to get pictures for these parties coming up! I've tried flash, no flash, daylight, night time ~ mine will not be done justice either I'm afraid.
I'm in love with your decorating all over. Also loving dark wood. : ) Christmas trees really ARE impossible to photograph, aren't they?
Your son does have beautiful eyes. And the armoire is beautiful too, as is that big ol' tree.
Love the armoire, it's a beauty! Your tree is Gorgeous and so is the rest of your decorations.
I was SO gonna comment about how Asher's self-haircut accentuates his gorgeous eyes, but you beat me to it! I simply LOVE the armoire! When I first looked at the pic I thought "is that new?" But I was scared to say something in case your response would have been something like – "I've had it for ten years and it's always been situated right there too (thanks for paying attention)." It's simply beautiful! What great in-laws!
so pretty I love your decorations!
