I don’t like my bedroom. I wish I did. I just don’t. I’ve messed with it, and tweaked it, and am at the point where I just want to sell off my curtains and old linens and start over. Finances don’t allow me to change much now, but if I could, I would recreate this Heather Chadduck bedroom. (For the very few of you who don’t know, Heather Chadduck is the style director for Coastal Living. She’s amazing. There isn’t a photo of hers in the blogosphere that I haven’t liked.) Apparently I’m in good company! I have seen the picture above pop up on several blogs over the past year, and I’ve seen some pretty good recreations of this bedroom. Someday, I hope to do my own version of a Heather Chadduck bedroom. But today, all I can afford to do is this…
Replace my ugly ceiling fan with this diamond-in-the-rough. Imagine this baby coated in a warm oil-rubbed bronze and blinged-up with a few crystals. She was a Craigslist find that I snagged for $10.
I think my bedroom is looking better already! If you know of a good (interpreted cheap) place to buy chandelier bling, please let me know.
