Looking to use wallpaper in your home? I have some great ideas and inspiration for you!
Wallpaper is a simple way to add character and dimension to any room! Whether you use it on the wall, inside a bookshelf, on the ceiling, or inside drawers, there are multiple ways to use wallpaper to dress up a space. Today I have some great inspiration pictures and tutorials to share with you! Most of the pictures and tutorials are my own, but some are from some fellow bloggers. Not all wallpaper applications are the same, and some methods and papers are more difficult to work with than others. Be sure to read the tips and tricks from each blogger to learn some helpful and clever hacks. To get to the original blog post, click the blue/gray links on each source. 1. Breakfast Room Wallpaper by Home Stories A to Z
My breakfast room recently received a mini-makeover using Serena and Lily Meadowsweet in Smoke wallpaper. I love the new changes! 2. Dining Room Makeover by Nesting With Grace
Brooke added a gorgeous accent wall to her eat-in dining room and used a fun and cheery lemon-patterned wallpaper.
3. Boho Farmhouse Bathroom Makeover by Home Stories A to Z
We added faux grasscloth wallpaper to our builder-basic bathroom and have loved the results! You can shop for my faux grasscloth wallpaper here! It has a slight raised texture to it, making the results look more realistic.
4. Half Bath Makeover by Home Stories A to Z
I made over the half bathroom in our previous home, using both beadboard wallpaper and a Spanish Tile inspired wallpaper. This was before the encaustic tile trend took over and I still love the look of this wallpaper! The beadboard wallpaper is paintable and a great option for those wanting a more temporary wall treatment.
5. Bathroom Makeover by Thrifty Decor Chick
Sarah has also added wallpaper to several rooms in her home and has a fabulous blog chock full of helpful tips! Her bathroom is gorgeous!

I added faux box molding wallpaper to the wall behind our bed when we first moved into our home. It was a fantastic way to quickly fake a box molding look. 11. Master Bedroom Gorgeous Wallpaper by Tatertots and Jello
Jen added a gorgeous blue wallpapered accent wall in her master bedroom. If you’re concerned about utilizing a bold and busy pattern in a space, just adding it to one wall is a great way to ensure it doesn’t overwhelm the space.

This is one of the bedrooms in YHL’s previous vacation homes. Using a fun, themed wallpaper print is a brilliant way to add charm to a small kids’ space.

We added brick wallpaper to one wall in the home office. Brick peel-and-stick wallpaper is very forgiving and great for first time DIYers. This wallpaper has a vinyl texture to it making it easier to hang and smooth.

Adding wallpaper inside a closet or pantry may seem unnecessary but it always elevates a space. Kelly added a beautiful geometric patterned wallpaper to her butler’s pantry which took it to the next level!

My most recent use of wallpaper was inside my new closet! I used this black and white floral peel-and-stick wallpaper to give some life to the space and absolutely love it! It was hands down the easiest wallpaper I have worked with to date.
