Do you see how the green sequins on the dress match the sequins on the shoes? Sigh. I live for this sort of thing.
And look how cute I will look in my Tar-jay bikini and $2.99 sparkle flops?
I like to call these my peacock shoes. Aren’t they fabulous?
And lastly, because this is after-all a DIY blog, let’s do a shoe craft! I found these black cage shoes for $6.99

I'm so sad I didn't find you in time to join in on the shoe fun. Will yo be doing another shoe party? You have some awesome shoes! They're my weakness, too 🙂
Oh! I missed the party. So sad! Come by any Tuesday… for SHOESday!

LOVE that zebra print coat!
K, so I'm way too irritated that I didn't come to this slumber party. K, maybe irritated isn't the right word – maybe bummed is more like it. I haven't been online all week so I'm just now catching up. We have a Gabes near my hometown – oh my did we have the most fun shopping there! Even our uber stylish pastor's wife shopped there. I think I may stop there the next time I go home. I love how you added the ruffles to your shoes – so hot and sexy! Love it! Can't wait for the next slumber party!
Oh my gosh – we need to go shopping together. I have new towel rods but my shoes are falling apart (priorities a bit askew? yes).
And that bikini! I want it. I may have to check my Target.
Aw your McLinky is closed! I just posted my shoe collection on my blog. Come check it out.. It's alot to handle..
The second pair, the $5.99 wedges, I have those in black & plum. Bought them YEARS ago! I can't believe you've found an identical pair recently. I'm just glad that wedges are coming back in style. I can finally wear them again!
Great finds.. Great post! I will most defiantly be linking up this weekend. 🙂
You have some gorgeous shoes there!~ I had every intent of linking up on this party….HOWEVER…..my closet is an utter mess, I can't even get to half my cute shoes….will you be doing another party in the future? It was great, I did visit others and so many cute shoes and feet!~
I cannot believe the bargains you get on shoes. What is this store called again? Your hubby can't complain for shoe shopping at those prices!
Hi Beth–I do love pretty shoes, but they don't love me. My husband is 6'6", so I could wear any heel in the world and still be lots shorter than he. . . but my darn feet won't allow it. I do like wedge heels, though, because the wedge removes a lot of the pressure. Otherwise, I pretty much live in Danskos. Oh, well.
All that to say that I didn't participate in the party, but I want you to know that I woke up Thursday morning dreaming about shoes. Can you imagine? Don't ever think you're not affecting people. . . .
Have a great weekend!
OH GABES!!! I lurv me some Gabes! I'm on the far eastern side of PA sniff, sniff…but I have family in Ohio–1/2 from TWO Gabes!!! You know its a MUST STOP when we go visit! I just did a post on my blog about a skirt I picked up there last time we went out for only $2.99! (I had to replace the zipper–but I was fine with that!) And I got my son 2 pairs of Italian leather dress shoes–GORGEOUS–(way nicer than anything a 7 year old needs!) for only $5.99 each! Okay, I'm done hijacking your comments. I just am so jealous of your Gabes shoe bargains :oP
What a fabulous idea!
I love the shoes with ruffles on the front this season….I can't wait to own a pair.
~WOW! Beth all of them are sooooo stylish and stinkin' cute! Love this post and party! 🙂
What a fun post! Love all the shoes you got, for a steal!, the peacock heels are my fave!!!
HOLLY COW~ I WISH i COULD GIVE YOU A GIANT HUG!!! here is an air smooch! to bad we can't celebrate my 200th follower… "YOU" and go out in some cute shoes for some fun! THANK YOU SO MUCH! I will double cross fingers for you when I post my glamgirl giveaway! Hugs, JGG

this thing called LIFE sometimes gets in the way of my blogging & posting time…GAH!
ok…let's talk about ALL your stickin cute shoes for such a deal. and you kill me girl…only YOU could make a shoe party turn into a DIY shoe party.
you amaze me!
change of plans for my post of what i wanted it to be…but you know what…sometimes simple is good. even though i am not usually simple. 😉
thanks for the party!!!!
xoxo
You have some adorable shoes, and this is a seriously fun idea!
I'm saving visiting all the other wonderful posts tonight- it took me forever to creat my contribution to the party and the kids are begging for the computer!
See you all tonight!
Cute!! I need that store. I have a mental block with spending very much on shoes, so I just never buy any. It gets ridiculous sometimes.
You are wearing skinny jeans!! And they look cute! It must be the extra two inches you have in your legs, because I could NOT pull that look off.
Love it!
Love the Peeps post too. Maren would die – she's a big Peeps fan. Very, very cute.
I love those peacock shoes! When I saw them in the first pic that's exactly what I thought they looked like. They would be adorable with a little peacock feather clip in your hair! And the ruffles that you added are absolutely adorable! What a fun party, thanks for being such a great hostess!!
Beth, you never cease to amaze me…and today it is with your thriftiness with shoes! 10 pair for under $60 bucks! That's awesome! And they're all so darn cute too!
I'm off to do my shoe post…better late than never, huh?!
Blessings, Grace

Beth you are a RIOT !!!!!
I LOVE YOU !!! You had me laughing OUT LOUD !!!
I am a flip flop junkie….I have them in every flavor…
What a cute post….
Thanks for making my day 🙂
All the best,
xo Kathy 🙂
Wow, major shoe deals! Love the wedges and the blingy flip flops. Your ruffle shoes look amazing too. Lucky girl to have that store close by.
Now this is a party I can really enjoy. Can't tell you how jealous I am about all your deals! There's not much better than good deals on cute shoes!
Well, Beth, let me extend my heartfelt sympathy for your plight of having nothing to put on your feet.
If you wouldn't be too embarrassed, I could hold a blog-a-thon (like a tele-thon), during which we could raise money for you……
😉
Oh My Garage (heh) your shoes put my shoes to shoe-shame. and for the deals! GAH!
Mine is linked correctly now 🙂
Lucky you!! I'm a late to join your party – thanks for hosting!..patti
Ok, it is official now. I HATE YOU! Grrr. not one, not two, but ten pairs of lovely, fun, feminine and in-style shoes. I don't even care about the price, just that number 10!
And you have matching outfits! And matching accessories!! Double grrr.
But I do love you for taking so much time to put it all on and taking all those pictures for us. That was if I could have actually looked at it all, but my eyes turned green.
Nice pedi too!
If you had asked me to do this over 20 (GASP ) years ago I would have outdone you with the 10 pairs in one go, lol 😉
I used to work in s shoestore as manager, HEAVEN for a shoe junky hehe. I might do this later, but LOVE all your shoes! I had the good fortune to go to one of the Brother's store in the Baltimore region 2 yrs ago. LOVED it and yes I bought some shoes duh…
O.M.Gosh!!! Those are all so gorgeous. I am jealous. I'll admit it. I haven't started to mutter yet, but I'm getting close. And honey, if you can still wear a bikini after two babies then we are not going to worry about you, Ms. Plumber Crack. Pulease!
p.s. it's a great bikini too – your hubby's a lucky man. 🙂
I'm still not believing the price you paid for 10 PAIRS OF SHOES!!! That is amazing! Love every single one of them too. I'm going to snoop at the links now…
My goodness! I can't believe there is anywhere out there with that great a deal on great looking shoes. How lucky are you!
Oh I just love all of your new shoes! And what great deals! I am so jealous.. As someone who wears an 11 wide or a 12, it's extremely hard to find cute shoes at all, much less ones that cheap! I'm green with envy! 🙂
I am so jealous right now that I could stand on my head and spit nickels!! How's that for your bit of southern talk today!!! They are gorgeous. I want to link up, but I would have to enter the danger zone of my closet to dig out my favorites and I am seriously afraid. I decided to go through the whole family's clothes and sort. What is wrong with me!!! We will see if I can dig in there tomorrow. I have a pair of boots I bought in Italy that are to die for!!!!!!
Oh, I love them all! Your blacks are my fav too! I googled and we are an hour and half from the Gabriel Brothers store. I think it would be worth a little shopping trip! =) Your crafty shoe is cute too!
Thanks for the inspiration. This was fun and I'm jealous as hell of your east coast store.
Very cute shoes for summer…I like a pair of shoes to match an outfit too. Lucky you, you can still wear a bikini….some of us older ladies would be whale harpooned if we wore that to the beach! Even with cute flip-flops.
LOVE me some Gabes!!! One of my fav places to go when I am back home in WV! Ahhh – the many shoes I have found and loved there!
Ooh tomorrow when i have good light I'll whip up a post! 🙂 Can't wait.
LOVE the shoes! Can't wait till its nice enough around here to wear strappy shoes!
Rachelle
I love all of them and I love the way you showed them off with the change of outfits. Thanks for hosting this party….hey about the next one you do be a ring party or maybe just jewelry, I could really get into that!
I may have to move to the East Coast JUST for this Gabriel Brothers store. That is SOOOOO not fair. Thanks for the idea!! This was fun 🙂
Hyperventilating…I. love. those. "Pocahontas booties." Those are too fab for words!!!
I actually do have a post that I can link up…it's a little older, so just let me know if you have to delete it. I'm off to add your button to it and link up. 🙂
You changed your comment form, didn't you? This makes it so much easier for me. 🙂 Anyway, I cannot believe all that you bought for so cheap. Everything is great. My favorite is the ruffle shoes! Fabulous! Oh, my 9 year old daughter said she loves all the shoes too.
Score on the shoes, gf! I've never heard of Gabriel's so I'm guessing we don't have them down here. Love your shoe collection. I've always been a shoe hog myself. One of these days I'll get a post ready for your parties.
Love that zebra coat too! Wowza.
OMG – could you be any cuter?? No! Darling shoes. I love them all. And the outfits. I love these fun parties of yours!!!!
I will be linking up for sure!! I have a guest post tomorrow so I have to leave that up for a bit and then I will post my link and join the party in the afternoon! So fun – I can't wait!!!!
XOXO
Jen
You sure did hit the jack pot. Can I give you my shoe size and have you shop for me?
i love all of your shoes. before arthritis & heel spurs set in, i wore some major high heels. now it's nothing over 1/2"!!!!!! so i'm just a wee bit envious of you! but hey! i had my day! so enjoy yours!
(i'm having a little giveaway on my blog to showcase my daughter's etsy store. hope you'll stop by :))
& i'm still thinking about those PEEPS!
Girl, you scored some fabulous shoes. I can't even believe you got all those for $ 59 !! I want to show you the red wedges Mr Stitches got me for Valentines Day.
Lovely! It's probably a good thing we don't have that shoe store here. I don't buy shoes a lot, but when I go into a shoe store to buy I usually come out with more than one pair. This is probably because I always feel like for every 10 I try on, 1 is really comfortable and attractive.
I don't have a shoe post but I just had to say your shoes are fabulous! I live near Harrisburg PA but haven't gone to Gabriels in ages. I kind of forgot it was there.
So nice to meet another PA blogger. What part of the state are you from?
I think the white flip-flops with sparkle power are my favorites.
