All of those buckeyes I was making yesterday were for a good cause. Well, if you call getting together with a bunch of amazing ladies and exchanging yummy treats a good cause, then…it was for a good cause! The ladies in my mom’s group from church had a cookie exchange today, and we all enjoyed the excuse to get together. What makes this group even more fun is that it’s filled with fellow bloggers! I know! What are the chances? I’ve introduced Kathleen from Grosgrain to you before, but she really doesn’t need my introduction. Her blog is wildly popular, and if you haven’t visited her yet, do yourself the favor and remedy that immediately. You’ll be glad you did. And new to us in the blogosphere is Jen C. from To Do Immeasurably More. Jen fits right into our blogging community, and I’m confident you’ll enjoy her humor, charm, and home improvement projects. Jen’s new to us so go show her some bloggy love when you get the chance.

Yum. And in case you’re wondering, I’m asking for this for Christmas to make up for all that I’m consuming :).
If you just can’t get enough of me today, come over and check out my guest post at Fireflies and Jellybeans . I need to run now. Time to prepare for the neighborhood breakfast on Saturday…and eat another cookie…and then dream about doing Zumba. Blessings!

What a great group of women and goodies. How fun! I'm going to go check out their blogs. And may you get one of those fabulous dancing outfits to go with the DVD. 🙂
Have a wonderful Christmas!

Sweet! Your buckeyes are sweet, yummy and sinfully delicious! But, you are even sweeter, my heaven sent fellow blogging mom's group cookie baking friend. Thanks for thinking to capture the moment and the shout out. Now that I actually have a blog, I understand just how comments make my day!

Oh man, it all looks so yummy! I, too, had a cookie exchange this week. If I don't make another cookie for the rest of my life, it'll be too soon. Okay, fine. That was totally dramatic exaggeration, but I'm OVER baking.
I don't think I spelled exaggeration…exagerration…eggs-a-zherr-ay-shun right.

I was so scared when I saw this. Without Photoshop I usually look beastly. But I give this picture my approval:P
Thank you for the lovely mention!
And yes, your buckeyes are already almost gone. I'm so glad you choose us to do your cookie swap with!
I had a great morning hanging out!
