Want to know how to make baked brie and chocolate croissants in 15 minutes and still have time to blog about them before they have even cooled? Well then, you’ve come to the right place! Preheat your oven to 375. Take out a package of reduced fat (or full-fat because, really, who are we kidding here) crescent rolls. Place some brie, currants or raisins on half the rolls. On the other half, place some butterscotch & chocolate chips. Roll them up and pop into the oven.
After 11 minutes check on them and if they look like this (below) you are done!
Sprinkle them with powdered sugar…
Serve them on a pretty platter with some fresh fruit and enjoy!
I have an empty chair if anyone can get here quick :)!

Oh Beth, you are a wicked girl-posting something so scrumptious looking…and just when I'm hungry…and just when dinner is late because I've been on my laptop for…well, too long. Never mind that you posted it almost a year ago. Now where did my chocolate get to….
I would love to get there- give me a couple of days…. I don’t know how you get anything done with 2 boys!
Oh yum! I am a sucker for butterscotch! Those look amazing…how far away are you from me?
Carrie

Can you replicate this in a few days so I can write a food review?
