I recently updated the rocking chairs on our front porch to these affordable Walmart rockers. Like most inexpensive furniture, they came with a hex wrench, bolts, and instructions on how to put together manually. I strongly dislike putting together furniture by hand and am always looking for easier ways of doing simple tasks! Watch the video below to see my quick and easy furniture assembly hack!

Furniture Assembly Hack
Furniture Assembly Tip 1: Either use the appropriate hex bit in your drill or quickly make your own!
To make your own bit, simply clamp the allen key given to you in your packaging and use a hex saw or dremel with a cut off wheel bit
I then popped the bits into two different drills so my son could help me put the chairs together!
Tip: Do not overtorque the drill. If you do, you risk splitting the wood or stripping the screw. Go steady and slow.
And that is all there is to it! Use these tips next time you have to put together furniture!
