Last year (almost to the day), I made these cute marshmallow snowmen as a post-lunch snack for my boys and today A asked if I would make them again. I swear that kid’s memory is nothing short of amazing! I didn’t have all the same ingredients on hand, so my snowmen didn’t look quite as cute as their predecessors. I used powdered sugar mixed with some water for the “glue” and melty-snowmen look. Two marshmallows were used for the body and head, pretzel sticks for the arms, and a fruit roll-up for the scarf. The hat was made from a hershey kiss and a gold chocolate coin. The nose is a candy corn (yes, left over from Halloween. Don’t judge me.) The eyes were simply dotted on using a toothpick dipped in black food coloring.
Aren’t they cute?

I think the two children are cuter than the two snowmen! : ) What a cute little snack. I was actually thinking today about melting chocolate and covering marshmallows with it. Mmmmm-Mmmmmm ~ love marshmallow!

I started collecting S'Mores decor (Marshmallow too) and it's weird that some have carrots for noses= so as I thought yesterday and saw your post today, I am painting the carrots to appear more like candycorns!
