I have been so caught up in projects that I almost forgot it was time for our monthly Ready Set Vignette Party! If you are new here, this party is all about vignettes. Feel free to link up any post, new or old, featuring your flat decorated surface–be it mantel, tabletop, shelf, etc. Today, I’m showing you what my mantel currently looks like.
I placed my recently acquired FREE mirror on my mantel and then took the candelabra from the coffee table and repurposed it here.
Next, I grabbed a bag of green fillers (thank you Dollartree) and dumped gingerly placed them around the candles.
Then, I placed some topiaries on each end but wasn’t pleased with the height. Using my free milkglass candlesticks (wahoo!), I gave my topiaries their needed boost.
And of course you can never go wrong by tossing some sea stars into the mix!
This a fairly simple mantel for me, but right now I am craving simplicity.
And I am always craving the sea!

Wow what an inspiration to get the moss and pots I got on sale at pottery barn out of the closet! I'm so bad about buying things and not knowing how to use them in my space.

Love it! I can't believe it's already the end of the month. I even have this button on my blog and still forgot to finish my mantle.
I have some shells in my apothecary jars, but haven't gotten the rest of the mantle figured out yet.

I love this, Beth! I think it's because it is simple, uncluttered, very much how you want life to be with the warmer weather coming. I also love how the mirror reflects your gorgeous brick and staircase.
