Winter Mantel Inspiration Ideas

The Winter Mantel Linky Party is still going strong so jump in when you have the chance!  One of the things I adore about hosting these parties is that it gives me an opportunity to get out there and meet a ton of new bloggers!  Some of you are just new to me and some of you are really new.  Welcome all newbies to our blogging community! Whether you’ve been blogging for years or just a few months, chances are good that you have a mantel, sideboard, shelf, etc. that needs decorating during this awkward time after the holidays and before Valentine’s Day.  Here is some fantastic inspiration for you:
Michele from Primp‘s mantel was so cute that I begged her to join my party!  Can you blame me?  It’s adorable!
{Twenty}Something has a gorgeous all-white mantelscape going on.
Liza Aravena Hunt might not have a blog but this girl has a facebook account and knows how to use it! I’m so glad she shared her gorgeous mantel with all of us!
Two Story Cottage has a lovely blog and a gorgeous mantel!  I heart the vase sweaters and the brrr!

I’m digging what Michelle from That Mommy Blog did with her mantel.  The feather boas and lighted snowflakes are the perfect touch.

Momma T’s Place has milk glass, silver, a cute dressform print with lots of texture and varitety!
This bookpage wreath is nothing short of impressive! Gorgeousness from Straight Stitches.

My Decorating Addiction added touches of blue and a nod to Valentine’s Day with her “All You Need Is Love” sign. So cute! (Tip: People often neglect to carry their mantelscapes to their hearth. Baskets or buckets filled with lovelies on your hearth carry the theme throughout. Nicely done Kerri-Lynn!)

Amy from All Things Home is another blogger that I begged to link up.  She knows her way around a mantel doesn’t she?

Decor Chick’s mantel is droolworthy.  The mercury glass vases, the books, the little Nest sign on the twig wreath, the layering, the textures. Take notes peeps.  Emily does not disappoint.

Okay, before all of your mantels end up in this one post I’ll stop!  Thanks to everyone who has linked up so far.  The party will be open all week so feel free to join in on the inspiration!   We need to stick together through these cold bleak months and take advantage of all the coziness we can offer!

P.S. The winner of the Waverly paper products giveaway is Megan! Congrats Megan! Email me with your info so I can send you your free coupons.

  3. Thanks, Beth, for hosting the party. My first post was a mantel party at your place. You are awesome!

  4. I think I visited everyone, Beth and loved them all. I came away with a lot of ideas, too! Thanks for hosting!

  5. Thank you for sharing such beautiful winter mantels.

I need some inspiration because I am in kind of a funk right now. My mantel is currently bare because I just don't know what I want to do.

  6. I love them all but that first one makes my heart beat a little faster! 😉 Wishing I had a mantel and living vicariously through all of you ladies who have them.

  7. I am loving all of these mantles. I am working on a book-themed nursery right now and might have to steal some of the cute book decor ideas. I can't bring myself to do a winter mantle since I live in Chicago and it would just be a constant reminder of how much winter we actually have left. 🙁

  8. Thank you so much for featuring my mantel. My heart skipped a beat when I saw mine on here! 🙂

P.S. I'm new to your blog. Don't know how I missed you but I'm enjoying all your archives.

  9. All of the mantles are gorgeous! Thank you so much for putting mine up there, altho I feel like it kind of pales in comparison to some of them up there!

  10. Love all the mantels, Beth. Thanks for hositing the party. I just linked up 🙂

  11. I needed some winter mantle inspirations! Thanks. Also, I was wondering if you ever see pretty mantles that share a space with a big TV? We moved a few months ago, and that's where the TV ended up since our entertainment center broke in the move. We like it there… but there are no more pretty mantles it seems. ?? Any suggestions?

    Thanks! Blessings,
    Sarah
