This quarantini cocktail is strong enough to do the trick, yet delicious enough to thoroughly enjoy all by yourself while in quarantine! However, please feel free to enjoy one with an adult family member, or with a friend on Facetime. Strange times call for creative measures, and I’m here to help us get creative!
Lemons for immunity and lavender for peace and calming! This cocktail recipe includes a delightful homemade lavender simple syrup. Don’t fret. It’s called simple for a reason! It really could not be any easier to make. To make lavender simple syrup, you’ll need some whole lavender which can be picked up from World Market for $1.99 (assuming stores are still open). You can also order some lavender on Amazon. Lavender syrup also tastes amazing in sodas, hot teas, and even drizzled on desserts. It smells heavenly and any excess you have can also be used in hot baths or in sachets. If you want to skip making your own lavender syrup you can just buy pre-made options! Torani makes a highly-rated lavender syrup found here.

I LOVE lemon cake with lavender icing, so it was a given I would try this when my BFF sent me the recipe. I used lavender extract paste in lieu of flowers. Delicious! This is my new favorite drink!
Fantastic! Thanks for weighing in. 🙂
Sounds delicious and I have fresh lavender in my front yard right now! I may have to make this!
Oh how wonderful! My lavender hasn’t bloomed yet this year.
