White Chicken Chili Recipe Ingredient Recommendations: Shop at Walmart.com and Pickup Groceries
I recently hosted a Friendsgiving with a few girlfriends, and we had such a wonderful time! While I truly love to entertain, I don’t love being trapped in the kitchen all day and am always looking for tasty shortcuts. Serving an easy and delicious meal of soup, salad, and bread is a great way to feed a crowd with little to no stress or effort and most of it can shopped for online at Walmart.com. I simply add my groceries to my online shopping cart, reserve a time at my local store for pickup, and pickup my groceries when it’s convenient for me to do so. I use the Walmart.com app to keep track of and approve any substitutions. I started using Walmart’s FREE grocery pickup (for orders over $35) in 2020 and have been utilizing it ever since! I appreciate the ease and convenience and highly recommend giving it a try!
My love for finding affordable quality doesn’t stop at home decor. I look for ways to save in all areas of life! Whenever I’m able to make a swap using one of Walmart’s low-price, high-quality private brands, I take advantage of it! My weekly grocery budget is able to stretch further when I make these easy swaps using delicious Walmart Brands such as Great Value, Marketside, Sam’s Choice and Freshness Guaranteed. I have also been able to find items that are organic, ethically sourced, and environmentally conscious within the Walmart private brands. If I’m ever unsure about a product I have yet to try, I appreciate reading the online customer reviews to gather more information.

- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
- Remove chicken to a bowl and use stand mixer to shred chicken, then return chicken to crockpot.

- Cover and cook on high an additional 10 minutes.

White Chicken Chili Tips
- Add as many toppings as you’d like! Some great additions to consider besides shredded cheese and fresh cilantro are: sour cream, greek yogurt, avocado slices, guacamole, salsa, jalapenos, tortilla chips, bacon, olives, or crumbled cornbread.
- If dairy is a concern, this chili is still delicious without the cream cheese and heavy cream but is not as thick.
- This chili can be made in advance and tastes great reheated! If freezing, omit the dairy items and add instead when reheating.
- If you add the dairy at the beginning of the recipe instead of after it has all cooked in slow cooker, the cream cheese may separate and not blend well. This should not alter the taste, but it will alter the appearance and texture. For best results, add the room temperature cream cheese right before serving.
To round this meal out, consider serving with an assortment of breads and a side salad. I used Marketplace Cherry Almond Gorgonzola Chopped Salad Kit and Freshness Guaranteed French Bread Rolls.
