Do you remember the gazillion wooden cut-outs I recently purchased at a yard sale? Well, I have been toying with the idea of opening an etsy store with them! I’m hard at work sanding, drilling, painting, decoupaging and decorating. Here is a sneak peak at some of the many treasures to come.
For those of you, like me, who enjoy the shishi poopoo’ness of French but are lost beyond bonjour, porcherie means “pigpen”. I thought this would look so sweet hanging in one of your little piglet’s bedrooms! I just know some of you have nurseries currently done in pink and brown and would love to have ‘Cherie (as I’ve come to call her) add some extra whimsy to your room.
The piggy below isn’t quite finished yet; she’s a bit naked without her letters. I think she’s blushing. She will soon have white letters in a French Script font that says “s’empiffrer”, pig out! How cute will she be on a pantry door or on top of some kitchen cabinets?

Brilliant. I really wondered what you were going to do with those. They are gorgeous and funny – just like you!
So cute! Best of luck with your new shop!
Beth,
these are so cute! I have to say that everything sounds better in french! : ) Good luck on creating lots of great stuff for your stop!
Beth, these are too cute. Thanks for stopping by my blog and commenting on the biscuit doughnuts. I was actually thinking about using crescent rolls next tome (just cutting them into doughnut shape (or maybe even pilsbury pizza dough) so that they will have a more yeasty taste. Yumm!
open the store already! The credit card and I are ready!
What a great idea! Good luck. Let me know when your store is up and I'll facebook it. Love you!
