So I’m two years late but I love this and just thought about doing the same thing but am unsure what kind of material to use.
I'm impressed! I just did 'The Clothing Sort' for the boys and the soon-to-come-baby. Because we don't have the extra mooo-laa, I used (ta-da) diaper boxes.
Yep. Plain 'ol diaper boxes. I may be stealing your idea.
Help me out – I can't tell – did you use material or wallpaper. What is that covering?
Love this idea! I use Luv's boxes to store outgrown clothes for the kids down in the basement. I don't bother to decorate them..too stinkin many of them. But, if they were to go in my closet…different story. I've got about 5 different sizes of clothes right now and could use some cheap cute storage. Even my maternity wardrobe is split up into "don't fit anymore" and "gigantic".
we are about to have a baby (inducing tomorrow)I'm so glad I came across this today..cute cute cute
I need me some boxes!! Did you use fabric or paper, Beth? You are one creative cookie.
🙂 Sue
cute idea!
Great idea.
I'm really enjoying your blog. I look every day to see what you have posted.
I work with your sis, Christianne, and she's the one who told me about it. Now I have to say it's one of my favorite blogs.
Thanks for sharing your life and faith with us!
I'm so happy to of found your blog today! Great inspirtation, thank you so much for sharing! : )
HAHAHA, you beat me to it! Seriously, I have 3 diaper boxes all ready to be burlapped and stenciled. I was working on one last night 🙂
love the storage basket! great use of the diaper boxes.
and – i want to comment on a couple of other posts.
-your recipe for butternut squash soup sounds soooo yummy.
-just read your "buckeyes" post from last december. i'm a proud buckeye & the buckeye is our state tree. you usually see the trees in groves of them & it's not a very common tree, so i don't know why it's our state tree & the maple or pine or even a bradford pear isn't. we see those everywhere.
your buckeyes looked beautiful & thanks soooo much for the tip to use a mini-muffin pan & put the peanut butter balls on them & place in freezer before dipping in chocolate. can't wait to make some!
AND – what a great testimony of God's faithfulness & provision (He IS Jehovah Jireh) you are providing to all of us during your time of waiting. He's still in control & His timing is perfect. just keep giving Him the glory. He is with you.
blessings & peace –
That turned out really cute! Necessity IS the mother of invention!

OOOOH HOW I APPRECHIATE YOU AND THIS IDEA!!! LOVE IT!
YOU CAN NEVER HAVE ENOUGH CUTE BASKET STORAGE!!
KEEP BLOGGING!!
makes me (almost) wish I still had one in diapers! Think I will just have to get a box from someone else! Love the box, and your unlimited amount of resourcefulness!
Even if I had the money to purchase a bunch of cute baskets, I think I'd rather have yours! I used cereal boxes once to make magazine/office storage. I was able to get the style and color that I wanted exactly and they still look great today. It was a great non-investment!
you are one smart cookie!
great & cute idea!
I LOVE it! You re-used a throw away. Made it PRETTY and functional. Awesome idea …great project.
What a creative way to recycle those boxes and put them to a much needed use…..and save money too!
Great job.
Pam
I love it how you you imitate God by taking nothing and transforming it into something beautiful and useful, just like God does with us. xo
That is awesome! I have 2 in diapers and PLENTY of boxes to spare! I will definitely be stealing this idea!
You are so creative! What a great idea and you can make them any design you want.
Love this project…gonna make a few for the playroom. That way, when the boys tear it up, I won't say that famous phrase…"I can't have nothing nice in this house!!!"
I love it. No money really makes you think outside the box. Cute basket!
