This Georgian row home is PERFECT for me! I’ll take it with the topiaries included please.
The wallpaper is a bold move in this kitchen, but I really like it.
And finally, the true inspiration photo from Rhoda’s blog. Â I LOVE this office. Â I want to just replicate every item and call it my own. Â Well, maybe a giant H or B instead of the R and I’d get rid of the green vase by the printer, but that’s about it.Â
So, my friend’s front room looked like this BEFORE. Â She said they never sat in here and she felt it was lacking passion. Â She wanted some color, warmth and functionality. Â I suggested an office/playroom done in green and black. Â After some back and forth, she realized that they don’t really need an office and would rather have a playroom/sitting area. Â Let’s call it a drawing room for mommies.Â
So, this is what she has come up with so far and I am in love with it!!! Â Just look at her monogrammed window treatment and that gorgeous damask chair. Â She wasn’t too sure about the chair (notice it still has a tag), so I hope it’s still there. Â My friend, you know who you are, nicely done! Â I can’t wait to see the rest and I would love to watch our kiddos play together while sipping some java in your inviting mommy-friendly play room! Kid-friendly drawing room? Â Whatever you call it, I love it!

Oh, I hope she kept that chair, it is fabulous !
My downstairs bathroom has been those colors for about 4 years now. This year I added family art to make it a gallery and a few avian touches as well. You've been inspiring me lately to action. I'll take pics and send them on.
I totally agree with you about the lack of color in a lot of decorating blogs though the designs are great. I love the green and black together.
Ummmmmmmm. Aaron's already been begging me to ask you to come for a whole WEEK if/when…..
YES! 🙂 I'll send you a room if we get to move 🙂
