Looking for some inspiration for your spring Easter tablescape? This beautiful Easter bunny-inspired spring table setting includes several fun DIY ideas for you.
Hello Friends! Today I’m teaming up with some talented bloggers to share some Easter table decor inspiration. Those of you who know me, know how much I love creating tablescapes! I’m excited to share a sweet bunny-themed table setting idea with you, and I hope our blog posts help inspire you to create something beautiful for yourself and your family amongst all of the current chaos. In spite of the incredibly weird time in history we are all experiencing right now, I think it’s important to seize joy and beauty where we can.
Decorating a home, no matter how humble or lavish, has always been about creating a backdrop and stage for the special and meaningful memories to unfold. I’m sad that this year I won’t be able to travel to be with my extended family for Easter, but I’m determined to make this holiday a meaningful one for my immediate family. For me, creating meaningful family memories at home always includes some touches of decor!
The Importance of Setting a Beautiful Easter Table
A beautifully decorated table is an invitation of hospitality and fellowship to your friends and family. It sets the tone for the time you will have together and is a gift you offer to your guests. Growing up, my mom always set a beautiful table (and still does) for her family. Her cooking was the true gift to us all, but the meal always started with a beautiful table. I love to carry on that tradition in my own home!
Setting a Simple Easter Table
The only thing I purchased for this year’s Easter table were the bunny napkins from Pottery Barn and the tulips from Trader Joe’s. Everything else on the table came from items I already had on hand. Shopping your house for what you have on hand is always a good idea before ordering anything online!
If you don’t happen to have much on hand, I have all of the links for my dining room below. To shop, simply click on the thumbnail pictures of the products that interest you!

Simple DIY Easter Decorations for the Table
Painted Easter eggs are a simple, affordable, and adorable decor idea for your Easter table! I have a step by step tutorial for you here: Beautiful and Simple Painted Easter Eggs.
At the heads of the table, I nested a painted egg in a bird’s nest to add something special to the place setting. I often choose to do something unique at the place settings at each table end. It keeps the table interesting!
I also used my painted eggs to fill some decorative bunny holders I’ve collected over the years.
How to Make Easter Flower Arrangements
I love mixing faux florals with real florals and do so in almost every centerpiece I create! In the Easter centerpieces below, the pink and yellow tulips are the only real flowers. To make an Easter flower arrangement, I recommend gathering your statement flowers, filler flowers, and filler greenery. I like to start with my filler flowers, followed by my statement flowers, and finishing with my greenery.
For this arrangement, I corralled three crocks on a tray to create one impressive focal point. I added painted eggs and flower petals at the base for added texture and interest. Placing the arrangement in the center between place settings ensures your guests can still converse with one another without the height of the arrangement interfering.
In the rest of the dining room, I used faux florals and some fresh lemons I had in the refrigerator! Pulling out your produce for show is always a good budget-friendly decorating idea!
