Beth, I’m at Duke Hospital with my son Preston who had emergency surgery Sunday night, so I’ve not done any blog reading lately. . . I had no idea that you’d featured my turkey tutorial! Thank you, thank you, thank you. I really appreciate it.
Preston will be in the hospital on Thanksgiving, so I’m not sure when I’ll actually get to cook our turkey. Ah, well. There’s so much to be thankful for.
