I thought you might enjoy seeing what I’ve got going on in my dining room right now. It’s looking so festive and fun that I almost don’t want to sit down here and eat. Almost :). My sweet birdie plates and cute bell napkin holders were purchased from Pier 1 last year, the red plates, goblets, and napkins are all Target finds from a few years ago, the chargers were on clearance last year from somewhere, and the placemats can currently be found at the dollar store.
The cute Santas are from Hudson Goods and were a recent giveaway win from The Lettered Cottage.
This pretty candle holder below was repurposed with some Christmas balls. I love how it looks like a mini tree and of course I love all the bling.
For the chairbacks, I made some little wreaths from some leftover dollar store garland and stuck a cute sign in the center of each . So cheap, easy, and cute! Have I said cute enough times for you yet? No? Okay.
Caaauuuuttte!
My apothecary jars always seem to stress me out at Christmastime. Am I alone here? I feel pressure to do something “new” with them. This year I just decided to go to the fail-safe of balls and cranberries. I’ve never seen anyone mix the two together, however, so how’s that for new? I also added some of Matt’s grandmother’s silver spoons to give it a little extra glam. Plus all those red beauties look good enough to eat up with a spoon :)!

If you stopped by to admire, let me know. I adore hearing from you and will try and return the comment love!

Just saw you over at Southern Hospitality…this tablescape is beautiful!! Just became a follower!

I ordered those same Santas a few days ago (they were 40% off)! I cannot wait for them to arrive.
Please tell us where you got the red birdie plates. I am in love!
Absolutely adorable!!! What great ideas!
Cloche+cranberries=heaven!!
Just beautiful! Tammy
Sonia, I replied back through email (I usually respond to all of you that way) but know I'm realizing that some (most???) of my emails aren't going through. Anyhow, my apothecary jars came from various places. One was from Ross and two are from TJ Max. None of them were over $10. The tallest jar in the middle is about 20inches and the other two are around 16 or 17. They are big. I love them. Hope that helps!
Each detail is perfect. It's all so festive!
Kelly
I love your red candlesticks…and the greenery on you buffet lamps is so cute…happy holidays
Beautiful room!
LOVE it….Simply gorgeous!
ANYTHING would taste good at that table, what a beautiful dining room! Lovin' all the red!
OMG-53 comments??? Wow. So the wallpaper was an either or thing. I was thinking of just stacking the frames as high as I could go (which would only be one more layer) or just using the wallpaper instead. I love the wallpaper, but obviously an additional expense. It just feels a little off balance, since the wall is so tall.
You are so talented, and I LOVE your brick wall. Gorgeous!
Love the cranberries! And oh how the lit candles warm things up!
-Angela
Love this table! What a wonderful inviting setting you have created. I do love the Santa's. The birdie plates are just too cute! Was your McD's good? lol!
You did a fantastic job. I love the way you used the cranberries, etc.

Sooooooooooooooo beautiful! I LOVE red at Christmas time. I love how you used the red ball ornaments in the window sill. And I love the cranberries! I just did a post about cranberries. My mom used to decorate with them every year. They are timeless.
Thanks for sharing,
Traci
Looking forward to meeting the three wise men – human and on the table – tomorrow ! Yaay – and their human creator and sustainer, sustained herself by the power of Christ, the ultimate Wisdom !

The Santas look too cute on the dining table. How fun to let us see where you put your prize. McDonalds, Taco Bell, Boston Market….they'd all taste fabulous on the table. 🙂
I love it. The tablescape is gorgeous and the setting really compliments it with that brick well. Great job. –Delores
That is a perfect looking Christmasy table. I love it! Yes, I totally know what you mean about the apothecary jars. I always have trouble thinking of what to put in them. Yours look great and I LOVE the little wreaths on the chairs!
Wow! You have a beautiful dining room. I love all of your tablescape elements, but that brick wall is incredible! Eating from your table is worth a spider or two crawling onto the plate…as long as it's yours and not mine. 😉
Merry Christmas!
Teri

WOW Beth look at you go! LOVE all the reds! hmmm my dining room has our tree in it and a couple little things…may need to "steal" some ideas from ya!

Hi! I'm stopping by from SITS.
Your dining room is amazing! I do not have a knack for decorating, but love drooling over the wonderful creations of others. You did a fantastic job!
Fantastic! And can I just say that each week you post I drool over your brick wall in the background?!?!?!?!?! I think your apothecary jars look truly beautiful!
Hugs,
Lana
Hi Beth,
I really love your table that you set. So lovely. Those bird plates are so pretty. They are calling to me. That brick wall in your dining room is very cool…Everything looks great together…
Well I just love everything about this table. Love your brick wall. And you were so lucky to win those cute Santas.
D
I like the use of the cranberries in the jar and also the wreaths on the back of the chairs. Now those plates with the red birds are really popular and so cute.
Joyce
I love your table!! So cute and the jars look so nice together with all the red.
Where did you find the red wine glasses? I love them
Valerie
Oh Beth, what a delish dining room! I must feature it. Will do so tomorrow on my sidebar. 🙂
I love your festive red table, especially the little bird plates, adorable. What a unique candle holder that you have used for the Christmas ornaments.
Oh yes! This is wonderful — the Santas…the color…the fresh greenery (you lucky girl!). And I love the cranberries and balls in your jars — this looks wonderfully festive.
adorable birdie plates! 🙂
Beth, your table looks magnificent! Love all the red & lucky you on the Santa win. Those are too cute too. You did a great job with it all. Hope you'll join my Christmas tour on Dec. 10th! It will be fun! 🙂
Beth, you really did a great job with this table, and I'm glad you were able to recycle that fallen tree. I love the red candleholders. They are a good pop of color, and I love the tiny berries in the greenery. Those remind me of my aunt because they had huge evergreen in the yard of the house they lived in for many years.
What I liked best was that unexpected pop of color in that wreath on the back of the chairs. That is a fun, fun touch!
Great job with this 'scape!
XO,
Sheila
I love that brick wall!!! Your dining room is right up my alley..and the table setting is great. Love the dishes.

love your decorations (for all the seasons you post). question…where did you buy your apothecary jars and what size are they? thank you for you blog and creativity.
Everything looks so so pretty! I love the santas and the red all around!
I love it!!! It is so pretty. Do you know where you bought the gorgeous candle holder? I would LOVE to do something similar.
Thanks for sharing.
Your Christmas dining room looks just wonderful. I love all of it, especially the jars with the balls and cranberries. Good Idea! I may try that. I am about to finish all of my decorating to be ready for our house tour on the 13th. My new camera came yesterday so I hope to post pictures of my excitement.
Thanks for sharing.
Charla
Okay, first I love that brick wall…but I think I say that every time I comment. Let's just leave that as a given for next time. Love. It.
And where does your mom live? 'Cause I'm sneaking over there and stealing her juniper tree! Mmmwwahahaha! Wait, that seems wrong and not in the Christmas spirit…she can give it to me as a gift 🙂
I always forget about Pier 1, I'll have to go there – soon!
Gorgeous! Absolutely beautiful! I love all of your little details, and I have to agree on the apothacary jar thing. I bought 3 of them recently, and I just can't decide on something to put in them. I thought Christmas bulbs and ribbon, but then sighed and just left them in the storage bin. I'll let you know if I figure out what to do with them. 🙂 Really, your set-up here is amazing!!
Looks great Beth! I especially love the bird plates!
LOVE that juniper!
Truly this is the best decorated dining room I have seen in the blog world so far! I LOVE your style!!!
very very cute. can you just come to my house and help me out! 😉 so many great ideas. that's when i miss the united states. all those great and inexpensive finds that come together to look so gorgeous!
so festive! i love it.
and i REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY love that brick wall of yours!!!!
Your table looks great, Beth! I love the candlesticks too. I think just about anything would taste fantastic at that table!
Gorgeous! Love those birdie plates. I just love a red-based color scheme for Christmas. That's how I did my tree this year. 🙂
beeeeaaaaauuuuuutiful! love it!
-meg 🙂
Beth, it all looks wonderful! You really go all out with decorating don't you? I wish I still did but the curious hands of Abe and Abby Lu and still "curious" Cedar have seriously cramped my style. 🙂
