Girls Horse Themed Bedroom

Horses at the beach! What little girl wouldn’t love this room?

Daybeds with storage or a trundle underneath are great for little girl rooms. The bed can double as a couch during the day when she is entertaining play mates.

Steal this idea: Craft store letters, spray painted in metallic shades, and hung to the wall make for a fun focal point. Wire baskets mounted to the wall create quick storage for books.

Boys Surfer Themed Bedroom

I prefer kid bedrooms that are not overly “themey” but have fun touches and nods towards a child’s interest. The surfer themed bedroom does a great job at walking this line.

Steal this idea: Create a pipe headboard using piping from the plumbing section of your local big box store. Create a custom pillow out of his favorite surfer brand t-shirt!

Steal this idea: Create a cork board chair rail to allow teens to pin up their concert ticket stubs, post cards, stickers, etc.

Coastal Master Bedroom

Sandy tans and coastal blues create a soothing and understated color palette for this coastal getaway.

My favorite part of the master bedroom is the molding and windows! Stephen Alexander Homes always does a phenomenal job with their millwork.

Coastal Guest Bedroom

The guest bedroom is on the main level of the house and is my favorite bedroom in the house! It is attached to the screen porch and has gorgeous wood floors. I also love the 3/4 beadboard on the feature wall.
